The Amara Centre is guided by an independent Board of Trustees and led operationally by its Founder & Chief Executive.

The Board of Trustees is responsible for the charity’s governance, strategic oversight and legal compliance. Day-to-day operations, programme development and organisational management are led by the Founder & Chief Executive, working under the oversight of the Board.
